Final Sale Policy


ALL SALES ARE FINAL.


Once an order is placed, it CANNOT be canceled, modified, or changed for any reason. Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, sizing charts, turnaround times, and shop policies prior to completing checkout.


If an item becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to issue a refund for that specific item only, in accordance with FTC guidelines. This does NOT cancel or affect the remainder of your order.


👉 By placing an order, the customer agrees that the transaction is final and non-cancelable once submitted.



Processing & Turnaround Time (FTC Disclosure)


In compliance with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435), all orders include a clearly disclosed estimated processing timeframe at the time of purchase.


🚨 ALL TURNAROUND TIMES ARE ESTIMATES ONLY AND SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION.

Turnaround times may be impacted by order volume, material availability, staffing, holidays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.



Ready-to-Ship Items


Most ready-to-ship items ship within 1–5 business days.


Exact processing estimates are listed in BOLD within each product description.

All processing times are estimates only and not guaranteed.



Made-to-Order Items


Items featuring custom designs are MADE TO ORDER and are not available for immediate shipment.


🚨 THIS INCLUDES ANY PLAIN TUTU OR ITEM THAT HAS AN IMAGE, GRAPHIC, PERSONALIZATION, OR DESIGN ADDED AFTER PURCHASE.

Any modification or image addition automatically classifies the item as MADE-TO-ORDER.

Estimated processing time: 5–15 business days

Excludes weekends and holidays

Processing begins the next business day after order placement


🚨 MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

All processing times are ESTIMATES ONLY and subject to change at our sole discretion.


Rush orders must be approved prior to purchase and are subject to availability.



Pre-Orders & Restocks


Pre-order and restock items have an estimated processing time of 8–12 business weeks, unless otherwise stated.

All timelines are estimates only

We DO NOT ship partial orders

Orders containing mixed turnaround times ship TOGETHER once all items are ready


👉 By purchasing a pre-order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the extended and estimated processing timeframe.



FTC Shipping Delay Compliance


If an order cannot be shipped within the disclosed estimated timeframe, customers will be notified as required under FTC regulations and offered available options, which may include:

Continuing to wait for the updated processing timeframe, or

Receiving a refund for the delayed item only



Sales, Promotions & Discount Codes


Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively. Orders cannot be canceled or modified to apply promotions.

Important Discount Notice


If a discount is mistakenly applied to an ineligible item, the customer will be invoiced for the remaining balance.

Sizing Disclaimer


Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size. Size charts are provided in every product listing.


🚨 Incorrect size selection does NOT qualify for refunds or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.



Returns, Exchanges & Claims


ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Issues must be reported within 5 business days of delivery

Approved returns must be received within 10 business days — NO EXCEPTIONS

Damage reported after 48 business hours will not be accepted


We are not responsible for issues caused by improper handling, alterations, failure to follow care instructions, or normal wear and tear.



Handmade Item Disclosure


All items are HANDMADE. Minor variations are normal and not considered defects, including:

Small ink marks

Wrinkles from packaging

Minor tulle variations


👉 By purchasing, customers acknowledge and accept the handmade nature of these items.



Shipping Policy


Orders ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

International orders ship via DHL.


🚨 ONCE AN ORDER HAS SHIPPED, RESPONSIBILITY TRANSFERS TO THE CARRIER.


We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

First-Class shipping does NOT include insurance

Insurance is recommended via Priority shipping or higher


Processing time does NOT include transit time.



Rush Orders


Rush orders require prior approval and an additional fee.


🚨 Orders ship ONCE and are not split. Mixed-turnaround orders ship together once complete.



Customer Acknowledgment


By completing checkout, the customer confirms that they:

Understand all turnaround times are estimates and subject to change

Acknowledge that any image-added plain tutu is made-to-order

Agree that all sales are final

Accept FTC-compliant processing and delay disclosures

Understand chargebacks filed contrary to these policies may be disputed
